1. Tell us your plans
Send the date, venue, occasion and any colours or photos you love through our enquiry form or WhatsApp.
2. We design and quote
We come back the same day with ideas, a colour palette and a clear price. Adjust anything until it is exactly right.
3. We deliver and set up
On the day we arrive, install and style everything, then leave you to enjoy the party. Takedown is included, so you are not the one popping balloons at midnight.
Meet Leah, your balloon artist
Bloom Balloons was founded in Penn, Wolverhampton by Leah Smith with one aim: to turn ordinary rooms into celebrations people remember. Leah works with you one-to-one on every design, sourcing quality balloons and building each piece by hand.

Quick answers
How much do balloon decorations cost?
It depends on the size of the display, the balloon finishes you choose and any extras like foil numbers, sailboards or shimmer walls. Tell us your budget when you enquire and we will design something that works within it.
How long do balloon garlands last?
Indoors, an air-filled garland will look great for several weeks. Outdoors, sun and wind shorten that to a day or two, so we plan outdoor installs for the day of the event.
Do you deliver and set up?
Yes. Most of our balloon décor is delivered and installed by us at your home or venue across Wolverhampton and the West Midlands, so you do not have to lift a finger. Smaller pieces such as bobo balloons and bouquets can also be collected from us in Penn, Wolverhampton.
