Frequently asked questions

Prices depend on the size of the display, the balloon finishes (chrome and pastel cost more than standard latex), whether it is delivered and installed or collected, and any extras such as sailboards, shimmer walls, plinths or florals. Tell us your budget when you enquire and we will design to it.

As much notice as you can give us. We take a limited number of bookings so each one gets proper attention, and weekend dates in peak season (Christmas, Mother’s Day and the summer holidays) go first. We do take last-minute bookings though, and can often turn something around in the same week, so never assume it is too late to ask. Message us with your date and we will tell you straight away whether we can fit you in.

For orders of £100 and over we take a 30% deposit at the point of order, which is what secures your date in the diary. The remaining balance is cleared when you collect, or when we deliver and set up on the day. Under £100 there is no deposit at all: pay up front if you prefer, or settle when you collect or we deliver.

Yes. Garlands, arches, backdrops and columns are delivered and installed by us at your venue. Bobo balloons, bouquets and small stacks can be collected from Wolverhampton or delivered locally.

Most installs take between 30 minutes and 2 hours depending on size. We will agree an arrival time with you or your venue.

Yes, and it is included in your price. We come back to take everything down and collect any hired items such as frames, sailboards and shimmer walls, usually the same evening or the next day depending on your venue.

Indoors, air-filled garlands look great for several weeks. Outdoors, sun, heat and wind shorten that to a day or two, so we install outdoor pieces on the day of the event.

Garlands, stacks, bobos and columns are air-filled and do not float, which is why they last so long. Helium bouquets float for around 12–24 hours (latex) or a week or more (foil).

We use professional-grade latex balloons, and we ask that guests never release balloons. Our frames and hardware are reused job after job rather than thrown away.

Yes, with the right planning. We use weighted frames, choose sun-tolerant finishes and recommend shaded spots. Shimmer walls are for dry, calm days only.

Inside the balloon: silk flowers, plush toys, confetti and smaller latex balloons. On the outside, arranged around the base: chocolates, mini bottles and LED lights, which cannot be sealed in. Send a photo of anything unusual and we will tell you which way it works.

Yes. We deliver gift balloons to the recipient across the West Midlands, with a message for the card. Delivery is free within 5 miles of our Penn studio, and anything further is confirmed on your quote.
