Bloom Balloons works out of Penn, so Wolverhampton is not an area we cover: it is where we are. Most weeks we are somewhere in the city. A birthday backdrop in Tettenhall, a baby shower hoop in Compton, a shimmer wall going into a function room in Wednesfield, bobo balloons being collected from the door in Penn.
What being five minutes away actually changes
We can set up at awkward hours to suit a venue’s access window, come back the same evening for takedown, and go and stand in the room before we design for it. That last one is worth more than any photograph when a ceiling is low or a wall is an odd shape.
It also means delivery is free within 5 miles of the studio, which covers most of the city, and that bobo balloons and bouquets can be collected from us in Penn rather than delivered.
One we are proud of
A white-themed party for Talk of the Town at The Crown at Wergs. An all-white brief sounds like the easy one and is actually the hardest, because with no colour to hide behind every single balloon has to be right.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a delivery charge in Wolverhampton?
Delivery is free within 5 miles of our Penn studio, which covers most of the city. For anywhere further out we confirm any travel cost on your quote, so there are no surprises.
Can I collect instead?
Yes. Bobo balloons, bouquets and smaller stacks can be collected from us in Penn. Garlands, arches and shimmer walls are installed by us, because they are built on site.
Do you know the venues around here?
Many of them, and if we do not know yours we will ring them about access and fixings before your date. Everything we install is freestanding, so there is no damage to walls or ceilings.
How far in advance should I book?
The more notice you can give us the better. We take a limited number of bookings so each one gets proper attention, and weekend dates in peak season go first. That said, we do take last-minute bookings and can often turn something around in the same week, so it is genuinely worth asking. Send us your date and we will tell you straight away whether we can fit you in.
