Our story
Bloom Balloons started in Penn, Wolverhampton, with a simple idea: every balloon has the power to brighten a room and make a memory. What began as garlands for friends and family quickly grew into a full balloon décor studio serving celebrations across the West Midlands, from first birthdays in Wednesfield to corporate rebrands in Birmingham.
Our mission is to deliver creative, high-quality balloon decorations that reflect your style, backed by friendly service and real attention to detail.
Meet Leah, founder and lead balloon artist
Hi, I’m Leah Smith. I design and build every Bloom Balloons piece myself, and I work closely with you from the first message to the finished install. Send me a colour, a theme or a photo you love and I will turn it into something that makes your guests stop and stare.
How we work
- Design first. We talk through the occasion, the space and the colours, then send ideas and a clear quote.
- Handmade in Wolverhampton. Every garland, stack and bobo is built by hand in our Penn studio using professional-grade balloons.
- Installed for you. We deliver, set up and style at your home or venue, so it looks exactly like the design you approved.
- Kind to venues. All of our installs are freestanding or use damage-free fixings.
What we believe in
Quality over quantity. We take a limited number of bookings so each one gets proper care. Honest pricing. You will always know the cost before we start. Local and personal. We are proud to be a Wolverhampton small business supporting other local businesses and families.
